Conditions We Treat

Inpatient rehabilitation helps people who have experienced the debilitating effects of an acute injury, impairment, or illness such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injury, cardiovascular or pulmonary issues, neurological conditions, amputation, and trauma. The goal of inpatient rehabilitation is to help patients achieve the best recovery possible and return home quickly, able to care for themselves and live independently.

Our hospital provides comprehensive acute rehabilitation services to meet the medical, functional, psychological, social and support needs of our patients and their families. Each patient is treated with a specialized, intensive rehabilitation plan – delivered by a treatment team tailored to that patient – that is customized based on the individual’s existing abilities, tolerance for therapy and desired outcomes to prepare for return to home.

Each patient also has a personal case manager assigned to them that coordinates the patient's rehabilitative program from admission to discharge.
